Our Funders
CEP receives general operating support from foundations ranging in type and asset size, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Wallace Foundation, the Lumina Foundation for Education, the Duke Endowment, the Assisi Foundation of Memphis, and the Toledo Community Foundation. Several funders, including the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, the Rita Allen Foundation, the Kresge Foundation, and the Foundation for the MidSouth, provide funding for specific research initiatives, CEP’s biennial conference, and our YouthTruth project.
